The ASA Help Desk is staffed 24x7x365 and provides support to address questions or issues with ASA provided services. The services supported by the Help Desk include but are not limited to network connectivity, hosted sites and applications, High Performance Computing access, the Alabama Teacher Growth Program, and the Alabama Virtual Library.
