Always available, our team of dedicated, trained Help Desk professionals is there to answer your questions and solve your problems.

By contacting our Support team, you'll immediately be entered in to our Help Desk system. From there, a member of our Support team will begin diagnosing your ticket to find the best solution to your issue. We'll contact you directly once we know more about your problem and will talk you through the steps necessary to solve it.

  • Which cluster you were logged into at the time
  • The directory you were working in
  • The job number from the queue
