Spam & Virus Protection Service can provide ASA Managed E-mail Service protection from spam or virus infected e-mail. 

This service is provided on load balanced physical servers running the CentOS operating system.  Each of the servers run custom compiled versions of MailScanner e-mail scanning software, ClamAV antivirus scanning software, and SpamAssassin spam scanning software.  Each server is designed to efficiently scan and deliver up to 250,000 e-mail messages within any given 24 hour time period.  Spam and Virus Protection Service can be provided to clients utilizing AUTHORITY Managed E-Mail Service as well AUTHORITY Managed Internet Access Service clients utilizing email service not provided by the AUTHORITY.
