Launching Jobs/Run Scripts: GUI

The Graphical User Interface is a feature that gives the user point and click capability to build a deck. Unfortunately, limited memory in $HOME forces one to run through batch mode. This can be done by editing the executable line in the previou s runscript and running in express_b.
