CREATING FIDAP INPUT: Solution Approaches
Since we are solving a set of nonlinear equations, i.e., Navier-Stokes equations, an iterative method must be used. The following are available:
- successive substitution - quasi Newton
- Newton-Raphson - segregated solver
- modified-Newton - mixed solver
